Upcoming seminar on the Succession Regulation – Luxembourg, 21-22 May 2025

We are organizing our eighth face-to-face seminar along with a visit to Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the The Succession Regulation, whichwill take place in Luxembourg on 21 May 2025 followed by a half day visit of the CJEU on 22 May 2025.

We have a few places available at the price of 350€ (onsite participation) which will cover participation in the seminar and a significant contribution towards travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs as well as access to our learning management platform with all the seminar materials.

The working language of the seminar will be English and simultaneous interpretation into French, Polish, Spanish, Slovenian and Finish will be organized unless not required.

The target audience of the project are legal practitioners whose activity is generally related to EU law, especially, but not limited to, applying, and carrying out EU judicial cooperation instruments based on the principle of mutual recognition.
